Cosmos can be easily started from seed indoors or directly sown in the garden, growing quickly with full sun and producing a profusion of gorgeous blooms. Cosmos can be harvested when buds are cracking and will last 4-6 days in the vase. Be sure to leave some flowers in the garden to attract butterflies and a host of other beneficial insects.
